This training is structured to provide a solid foundation and and advanced understanding of the EFIT model.

Cette formation a pour but d’initier les participants à la thérapie individuelle centrée sur les émotions. Nous aborderons les trois stades du traitement avec un focus sur le trauma. Travail en petit groupe.

This 4-day ICEEFT certified training event is a didactic and experiential program where participants will be invited to apply the principles and interventions of Emotionally Focused Therapy with individuals. The training will delve into the heart of the empirically-validated EFIT model, presenting a coherent framework for understanding individual emotional processing and change.

The four-day EFIT Essentials workshop is based on the attachment-based humanistic and systemic EFT model developed by Sue Johnson and is the first step to becoming a Certified Emotionally Focused Individual Therapist.

This four-day training outlines the theory and practice of EFIT focusing on the primacy of emotion and the creation of a safe haven & secure base alliance.
