The Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop is a transformative experience designed to help couples strengthen their connection, improve communication, and deepen emotional intimacy. Based on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and the work of Dr. Sue Johnson, the workshop combines relationship education, guided exercises, and private conversations to help couples co-create the relationship they truly desire.

Dr. Nancy Aikin will teach Dr. Sue Johnson’s empirically validated concepts of love from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – modified to fit the attachment systems present in family life.
